At the beginning of the process, Care Path conducts a detailed assessment of each participant’s abilities, interests, and employment aspirations. This ensures a customized approach that aligns with their unique needs and preferences. The program then helps participants explore job opportunities that best match their strengths, guiding them through the process of applying for and securing employment.
Once employment is obtained, the support doesn’t end. The program offers continuous, on-the-job training, job-specific coaching, and ongoing mentoring to help participants adjust to their new role and workplace culture. Regular check-ins are scheduled to monitor progress, address any concerns, and offer solutions to workplace challenges, ensuring that individuals feel confident and capable in their job.
